We are also experienced in providing floorplans and images for leasehold property disputes as well as insurance claims.
We produce high quality enhanced exterior and interior photos, elevated and drone photography as well as 360 Matterport tours and detailed floorplans.

WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
The process of cleaning, tidying, and de-cluttering a property in preparation for professional photos. Homes that are clean, tidy, and clutter-free achieve the best photos, attract more attention and achieve the best possible price.
A well staged property will boost the interest on your property generating a higher demand; therefore home staging can maximise the quality of tenant and rental figure to give the best return on your investment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
On the day of the photo shoot, the professional photographer may conduct additional home staging, or advise you to move items that have been overlooked during home staging. Photographers won’t use props and won’t be responsible for cleaning or tidying the property. If properties are untidy on arrival, we may need to reschedule the photography appointment.

Exterior of Your Home
Please put dogs and cats away along with hoses and trash cans before our arrival. Remove all vehicles from the front of the house and the driveway. If possible park at least 2 houses
away. If a car is not yours but you know the owner please ask if they can remove their car. Turn on all waterscapes in the yard including jacuzzis, ponds and waterfalls. Please remove ‘for sale’ sign if present (per Real Estate Board Rules)
